Informatica Administrator

For a project in an international insurance company we are currently looking for Informatica Administrator, with
senior or mid-senior level of experince. This position is based in Prague, offering up to 3 days HO per
week. Job purpose: Informatica Administrator runs, changes and secures IT systems and infrastructure as a
part of user stories, in line with business needs, costs, architectural and security guidelines and
principles. Resulting in a flexible, secure and low-cost highly automated (CI/CD) infrastracture which
is sustainable and futureproof with regard to the requirements of the business.

Your main responsibilities:

Perform deployments of ETL jobs across various ETL projects and servers with primary responsibility for production servers
Provide technical support to ETL application development teams
Perform independently administration of ETL for middle complex cases
Establish projects, roles, users, privileges and connections in different ETL environments (Development, Testing, Acceptance, Production)
Actively communicating with ETL project team on daily basis (in English)
Conduct troubleshooting of middle complex ETL issues
Make sure the platform is running smoothly

Our requirements:

Bachelor´s degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced English
Overview of IT technologies used in particular IT systems and Architecture
Working knowledge of ANSI SQL for RDBMS systems (Oracle, MS SQL)
Good understanding of connection types (ODBC/JDBC/PowerExchange/CDC/native)
Ability to read and interpret requirements and understand various system environments
Ability to independently cooperate with other teams on the configuration of platform (opening ports on firewalls, patches installation, …)
Knowledge of Linux systems on intermediate level (installation of drivers, ...)
At least 2 years with administration of ETL Informatica tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica DQ)
